We are the global pioneer in IP video and broadband video solutions and we are looking for a fast learner with a great attitude to complete various tasks within Operations/IT department!
This is an UNPAID internship, but the experience you will get will be invaluable for sure!
Responsibilities will be widely varied from day to day and will include:
Formatting and configuring workstations
Troubleshooting Email/network issues
Tracing, sorting and labeling cables
Communicating with vendors and creating purchase orders
Researching software/hardware solutions
Managing and troubleshooting company cell phones
Assisting with live broadcasts
Documenting procedures for Operations Guide
Other various manual labor tasks
Qualification: Specific IT experience is not necessary. All training can be done in-house.
However, applicants should have a good working knowledge of computers and be very comfortable with basic operations such as Internet searches, Email, creating folders and moving files on a PC.
